Visit our San Francisco travel guideWe went for a family vacation and left pleased with our service, no one was rude ,we were respected with our privacy and the hotel room was clean, I checked all blankets when I arrived and they were spotless my only complaint ,I have a bad back so the beds could be a bit more comfortable .

The service at the desk was great, friendly. The room which was next door to the main building was dated and pretty funky. There was a coffee pot on a table with no outlet, had to brew the coffee on the floor. There was only one side table by the bed with one light.The bathroom shower was in need of repair and was very moldy. It was noisy, of course, but that was to be expected on Lombard Street.
The environment and the neighbors were pretty noisy, could not sleep. The breakfast is lousy.
