Hello Kambiz,It sounds like you had some disappointing experiences with your hotel room. Small rooms without natural light can feel cramped and unwelcoming. The tap water is your room is safe to use in the coffee/team maker in your room. Have you considered sharing your feedback with the hotel management while you were here? We would have appreciated the opportunity to address these issues which I have shared with various managers here. Our apologies for not meeting your expectations.

Hi Lisa, Thank you for your comments. I am pleased to hear that you liked our Location! Our historic building was built in the 1920's and is a classic example of the architecture in San Francisco. Not sure if you noticed as this building is home to the Elks Lodge, SF Playhouse, and ULA Restaurant. If you happen to be an Elk's member, you can have reciprocal privileges here as they do have a huge gym, pool, and restaurant bar in our building. Sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your visit to San Francisco.
