My first Sf Visit
Check in receiptionist was not warm or welcoming. Room was poorly designed, bathroom vent was falling and dusty. Safe door was wide open and we couldn’t closed it and ran into couple times since the door would not latch. The AC was not working so they decided to give us a room with a AC mobile unit connected to a windowless window. The mattress was poor and the sheet didn’t have a duvet but two sheets together to cover the comfortable. Lastly be prepared to be charge for a facility fee which was not mention when pre-purchased. When asked at checking, the receiptionist was dismissive and just pointed to a sign about the fee.
