Great location, very close to Union Square

Pros: Location and very friendly staff
Cons: The elevator smells and could do with replacing the carpet
Location: Very close to Union Square and all the shops
Friendly front desk staff, including the concierge who will happily advise you of any interests close by. The rooms are little dark, especially the ones facing the rear of the hotel. This despite the decor recently upgraded.is of course not an issue, but somehow the elevator smells quite bad and suspect it has to do with the carpetting, which should really be removed. Otherwise a nice hotel. Only point to note for guests is they do not have a restaurant or breakfast area but there's a door straight into the adjacent Starbucks

Nice hotel near restaurants and shopping.

This hotel was perfect for our San Francisco trip. It is extremely close to a ton of restaurants and shops so you can walk. It is also close to buses, trolley cars and the BigBus which I highly recommend (you can get 10% off if you book with the concierge which is what we did). All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful when we needed recommendations for restaurants. The room was a little smaller than a normal hotel room but it was bigger than I expected based on the other reviews. We will definitely stay here on next San Francisco trip!

Cons: le chauffage trop bruyant et isolation a revoir beaucoup d air froid surtout en hiver
Location: super en plein centre
9 jours au diva sans aucun probleme personnel charment qui font des effort pour parler le français merci encore

Con una ubicacion excelente en el corazon de SF, una atencion amable del personal, el unico detalle es que no tienen estacionamiento, hay que pagar un valet por $56 dlls + tx, pero a un asi te sale mas barato que pagar un parking de los que estan en el area.

Small but comfortable and convenient

Pros: Modern, comfortable, convenient
Cons: Make bathroom a little bigger
Location: All shopping store and Mall, All restaurants and Union Square.
The hotel is just two block away from Union Square. It is very convenient to all shopping mall and restaurant. The price is very cheap. Room is remodel so very comfortable. The trade off is that the bathroom is small, Wifi need to charge $15 facility fee and the hall way is small. Also no self parking and only valet parking. This is ok since the room charge is just $85. You get what you pay. If you want to live close to S.F downtown area and don't want to pay too much, this is a good place to stay.

設備も綺麗で、スタッフの対応も丁寧でした。部屋もややコンパクトでしたが、全く不便ではなく、落ち着く雰囲気の部屋です。サンフランシスコの中心街や公共交通にも近く、立地的にも非常に便利でした。

I am newly engaged and booked one night at the Diva hotel to celebrate the evening. I have stayed at many hotels throughout the city and this is by far the worst experience. Upon check-in, the front desk staff was not welcoming nor courteous. I have been traveling a lot lately and my credit card had a hold on it. So, I asked the team if I could give cash for the security deposit. They said the hotel policy did not allow them to accept cash. I explained to the staff that I had an important dinner to attend and was in a bit of a hurry. I asked to speak with the manager but the manager on duty was not helpful at all and said there was nothing he could do. He was very short with me and showed an extreme lack of concern. Inconveniently I had to go to the bank to clear up my account to complete my check-in. The whole process took an extremely long time. At this point I was already late for my dinner and felt extremely uncomfortable with the treatment and poor customer service I received. I took my bags up to my room, got ready for my dinner and basically did not return to the hotel until the next day. When I arrived back at the hotel I inquired about a late check-out and was told the hotel does not offer late check-out. I went to my room to get packed and follow up on some pending business. I had a conference call that took longer than expected. As soon as my call ended I proceeded to checkout. Upon checkout I was told I would be charged a late check out fee. This was unacceptable
