This is an airport hotel but the shuttle service is severely limited in times available. The morning times don’t even run through checkout. My in room coffee machine was broken and still had water in it from the last guest. It’s fine for what it is but that’s average.

To say this hotel is a mess would be an understatement. I communicated to the hotel via the Expedia chat thing that we would need a shuttle when we arrived from overseas. I called the hotel when we landed and confirmed where to go to catch the shuttle. We stood out in the cold for 35 minutes, no shuttle. The other hotel shuttles all came by twice. So, we used Uber to get there $55 for a 2 mile trip. Then, when we checked in we were given a different room than the one I chose when I check in on the app. I had chosen a room on the first floor because I was traveling alone with an 8 year old and two oversized suitcases. I didn’t want to have to maneuver them all through the hallways and elevators. Why allow me to choose a room on the app if you’re going to give it to someone else? Once I managed to get everything to my room, I found that the toilet would not flush. I called the front desk and was told I was probably flushing it too fast. I wasn’t. I took the lid off and could see that the flusher was literally not connected to anything. I took a photo but there isn’t a place here to submit it. The front desk said they didn’t have anyone there to fix it and no other rooms so just to use it and they would fix it in the. Are you kidding me? Suffice it to say that I would not recommend this hotel in any way, shape, or form. Having a working toilet in the room is a pretty low bar and they didn’t even reach that.

Location to airport is good, but no shuttle to airport as advertised. Had to take a $25 uber for a 4 minute ride on return. Breakfast was minimal and unedible. Plus when we arrived at airport, called hotel for "advertised" shuttle, told every half hour. Waited one and onehalf hour, no shuttle. Had to take one to hotel down the street. When arrived at the hotel, found out shuttle only runs limited times of day. Very unhappy with this hotel. Stay across the street at Marriott.

We had phoned ahead to make sure we could get a shuttle (checked with Expedia) then on the day we travelled again checked with both Expedia AND the hotel … told now we can’t get a late night shuttle and it’s at the point where we can’t cancel the hotel. Person answering at hotel was NOT helpful - nor Expedia even when I showed them the WRITTEN affirmation I had received. So stuck paying for a taxi- not happy.

There is a huge structure being built right next door, unfortunately I did not realize that before booking the hotel. The hotel itself is very conveniently located only 5 min drive from the San Francisco Airport. Worrying about missing your alarm? Dont worry, you will be woken up bright and early by the construction crews with jack hammers and saws!

I'd go back. A quiet night's sleep in a clean room without having to wander through immense hallways. No view but its near a really nice walk across the street. Air quality was good. Shuttle made 3 stops but was pretty timely. I had to leave before the free breakfast was available.

Good, clean, with pleasant staff.
Good stay, clean, courteous staff, on time airport shuttle. The only downside was the noise from the aircraft taking off, especially late evening when trying to sleep. Seemed like they were taking off from the parking lot next door and it was hard to rest, so bring ear plugs. Other than that, not sure why all the bad reviews.

No Room Key
The room key machine was not working and apparently this had been going on a while. Clerk told me someone was headed up to open the door. They were not there. Could not get thru on phone, back down the elevator to the front desk where there was now a line. I was asked to wait although she knew the issue. She had an employee ride up with me eventually who was pretty non-conversational. I left at dawn the next morning as I knew leaving the room and returning was going to provide the same hassle.

The hotel was great, staff friendly, breakfast delicious. Transportation was not as expected. Shittle transport is not run by hotel and it was very disappointing.

Hilton putting their name on this property is a bit shocking. It's old , not kept up well and needs a huge rehab. Stained showers with fixtures literally falling out of the wall. Sat on the toilet and almost fell in because the plastic seat was broken. One of our beds was U shaped in the center, just so worn out and not at all comfortable. Also, this"hotel" is not at all quiet, so be prepared to hear every noise from people walking the halls, to airplanes flying overhead, and did I mention there is construction going on directly next door... that's your "ocean view". The breakfast buffett was greasy, unimpressive, and looked very picked over, like everyone had their hands in it. We skipped it and went to breakfast offsite. Next time we will definitely be staying at the Hyatt.
