No internet in Silicon Valley
The only thing to do at an airport hotel is get caught up on things -- but not here -- no working Internet the entire time.. Not only that, the staff didn't even try to fix it -- just passed technical services on to myself and other guests. So we paid to stay in a hotel with no internet and we got to waste our time talking to technical services (who could find nothing -- it was simply insufficient service for a hotel). But I guess we had nothing else to do anyway given that we had no internet and were at the airport.... There were more service issues too, not to mention all the little ants in my bathroom, but this should be enough to convince others to choose one of the numerous other airport hotels near SFO. Working Internet service is a necessity, not a luxury. We couldn't even check in for our flights.
