San Felipe is a place where locals and visitors can get connected, and where tourists can experience the peaceful and simple life in a traditional fishing village.   
  
It’s in the heart of San Felipe that you’ll find Casa Seascape, a modern retreat designed to bring families and groups of friends together for a memorable vacation set against the sea. With four bedrooms, multiple levels of living space, breathtaking views, and outdoor entertainment spaces, this modern getaway provides everything you need for a dreamy vacation by the water.   
  
Location  
San Felipe is a small town located on the eastern coast of the Baja California Peninsula in Mexico. It is situated in the state of Baja California and lies approximately 120 miles south of the US-Mexico border. The town is situated on the Gulf of California, which is also known as the Sea of Cortez, and is surrounded by the Sierra de San Pedro Martir mountains to the east. The area is home to a variety of wildlife, including dolphins, sea lions, and desert animals.   
  
The location means San Felipe experiences a desert climate, with hot and dry summers with temps sometimes reaching the triple digits in July and August. Winters are mild and comfortable with temperatures averaging around 60°F in December and January. San Felipe sees an average of 320 sunny days a year, and you can always count on an afternoon thunderstorm to cool things down during the summer.   
San Felipe covers an area of over 4,000 square miles and is home to different communities, neighborhoods, and a vibrant downtown district. One of these popular neighborhoods is Villas de las Palmas, a gated community with a handful of modern amenities, impressive real estate, and easy access to the beach. It’s in this sprawling neighborhood that you’ll find Casa Seascape. The upstairs bedroom has sliding glass doors that lead out to a private balcony overlooking the mountains.  
The two full bathrooms have tub/shower combos, mirrored vanity, and plenty of storage space. Jump in the shower before heading out to one of the many local restaurants for lunch, or end your day soaking in the tub with a glass of wine and a good book.

When you’re not eating breakfast together at the house, watching movies and playing games together, or dancing and enjoying cocktails out on the balconies, you’ll want to take advantage of all of the activities and events San Felipe has to offer. While you’re here you can:
