Welcome! Please read our entire description including about parking, 8 occupancy limitation, and information we share at the bottom, and please send us a quick note about your group and what brings you to Mission: This is a great place for nice easy-going people to stay and vacation. A lot of thought was put into our custom build, with a focus on detail and design for families or mature couples. The first floor is a great room with a full kitchen, plenty of eating areas including a kitchen bar and 6-person dining table. The living area has a new sofa sleeper, flat screen TV, and opens up to the large patio with a BBQ and outdoor dining table. This floor also has one queen bedroom and a full bath (perfect for those who prefer to be on a single level). Up one flight of stairs is the “kids” room with full-sized bunk beds and a full trundle, as well as an attached full bath. Across the hall is the laundry area, and master bedroom with an on-suite bath and walk-in closet. Downstairs is tile, upstairs is carpet. This is a condo unit. There is only one other condo unit in the building which is completely detached. There is no shared space. The separate condo is currently occupied by one gentleman. He is quiet and mellow, and there have not been any problems, however you may hear some slight noise. There is no shared patio space. The ground patio you see in the photo is all yours, no one else shares this patio. For parking the garage is reserved for the upper unit, and the side carport is for this unit you are looking to rent. More great reasons to book this home for your beach vacation: \* Relax in our living room which was designed as a “great room” which opens up into the large patio area with a full BBQ and outdoor furniture. \* This is one of the few houses in MB with air conditioning, which is highly beneficial in late summer and early fall! \* Bask on the beautiful, wide-open beach of South Mission, near the volleyball courts \*Take a long stroll or a bike ride on the expansive boardwalk \* Enjoy our fully updated kitchen with practically everything you need –stainless appliances & granite countertops \* Listen to music while cooking a meal, or rest on our comfy couch, all the amenities of a nice home! \* Enter the large private patio from our great room by way of sliding glass doors, which creates an open feel to the home. \* Recharge your batteries while barbecuing, relaxing on the patio, or even taking an outdoor shower after an ocean dip! \* Feel good about the fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower—this is unique to find in MB \* Clean, well-kept court, centrally located (close enough to walk to shops/restaurants) \* We provide all of the basic beach gear: chairs, umbrella, beach toys, towels \* This is a SMOKE Free property inside and out, even on the patio. Smoking is also prohibited on the beach. Occupancy and Parking: Note: It is mandatory that you tell us a little about who is in your group and why you are coming to Mission. We are FIRM on a max occupancy of 8 (the house accommodates a maximum of 5 adults, plus children). Our good neighbor policy makes us unfit for all young adults and parties, thanks for your cooperation. Paying guest (primary) must be 30 or older to book and must be onsite the whole visit. For example, an adult cannot book for their children when they are not going to be on-site. Our tandem parking spot can technically fit 2 minivan sized vehicles; however, it is really tight on the sides. Smaller compact styles fit but it is still tight. Any Suburban sized truck will not fit. Please see photo of the parking spot--it is 90" wide, so we strongly encourage you to google the measurements of your car. The property manager responded quickly to a minor issue. Great space. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were very nice for 6 people. Beds were very comfortable and the HVAC system made the house very comfortable. 2 minute walk to beach, market, and restaurants. The kids also enjoyed proximity to Belmont Park and Sea World. ##### James B. So close to the beach with a perfect stash of beach toys and chairs. The beds are huge with enough room for everyone to share. The patio is great for evenings with nice lighting. House is well appointed, clean, quiet and close to everything on Mission. Steps from the Bay and Ocean, 5 minute walk to roller coaster and shops, restaurants. Neighborhood was quiet and was very close to both the beach and the bay. Walking distance to Belmont Park. Beds were comfortable as well as the couch. Directions were very clear and spot on from owner. Parking is very tight like listing says. Once backed in it was hard to even exit the vehicle so if you only have Larger vehicles you would not be able to utilize the carport. Definitely enjoyed our stay and would go back! ##### Cassie B. My husband, daughter and her husband and son had the best time. It’s perfectly appointed, close to restaurants and market, not to mention the beach and the Bay. We will definitely stay here again. They provide beach toys, wagon, chairs and umbrella. The kitchen was stocked with seasonings and essentials. It was so clean which is a huge selling point for me. The location was great, close enough drive to pretty much everything, quick into San Diego, short drives to La Jolla and Ocean Beach. Easy access to the beach, the market down the street had so much selection and great breakfast options. Belmont Park was a lot of fun, and lit up for Christmas. It truly was a perfect spot! The parking spot was the only issue which we were warned about but it is very tiny, we fit, but barely! Truly a great place to spend the week in the sunshine and away from the snow ##### Larissa N. It was clean and had more than enough space to accomodate us all. The owner provided everything you need for the beach except sun screen. There are beach umbrellas, several large and nice beach towels, several beach chairs, boogie boards and lots of toys for children to play with in the sand. It is located close (easy walking distance) to both the Mission Bay beach and Pacific Ocean beach. The kitchen has excellent appliances and lots of pots and pans for cooking and dishes, utensils, glasses and mugs for meals. The refrigerator and freezers are large, the washer and driers are excellent Speed Queen brands and the BBQ works great.
