PB 2 Bedroom w/ PARKING! Summary: 2 bedroom, 2 bath first floor apartment that comfortably sleeps six. The unit is a stone's throw from the beach in Pacific Beach. You’ll love this corner unit with lots of windows to enjoy the California sunshine and the fabulous ocean breeze. You will also have a beautiful view of the complex courtyard. The Space: This unit is 1/2 a block from the beach. This unit has a spacious floor plan that will give you a lot of room to sleep 6\. A modern kitchen with everything you need to satisfy your culinary skills. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and is very spacious. The master bedroom has a fabulous queen size bed and ensuite bathroom. There is an air mattress available if you need. Please NOTE, there is NO air conditioning at this unit, but we are right next to the beach and you will love the wonderful ocean breeze. You will have one exclusive carport parking space for your use during your stay. Guest Access: You will have complete, private access to the apartment space during your stay. This is a community of 29 other residences. Shared with the community are all common areas in the courtyard and a laundry room. The laundry room machines are coin operated. The Neighborhood: Nestled along Pacific Ocean, south of La Jolla and north of Mission Beach, Pacific Beach is the perfect place to soak up the sun, catch some waves, and take in a picturesque sunset. You can bike, skateboard, or jog down Oceanfront Boardwalk. Crystal Pier, the historic wooden pier built in the 1920's, is a popular spot on the beach. Kate Sessions Park has a sweeping view of the city and San Diego Bay. Trendy bars and casual cafes line the boardwalk. There is plenty to do, eat, and experience within walking distance. Other Things to Note: Being that we're located within a 30 unit residential community, you'll get to live like a local while you're here. For this reason, it's VERY important that you agree to be a good neighbor and treat the other community members with respect. Shared areas within the community are maintained and operated by building management, and unfortunately we're unable to guarantee their availability during your stay. These shared areas include the courtyard area, the communal BBQ, communal outdoor seating area, and the hot tub. There is no air conditioning inside the unit, but we are right next to the beach so Pacific breezes keep things comfortable. The TV in the living room is a Roku smart TV. There is not air conditioning inside the unit, but with windows, fans, and the ocean breeze, it tends to stay moderately cool. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials like pots, pans, and utensils. However, we DO NOT provide cooking oil, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, or laundry detergent. Washer and dryer are shared within the community and are coin operated. Interaction with Guests: .Self check in, so you can arrive when is best for you after 4pm. The apartment however had dirty floors throughout (our feet were black from walking around barefoot) dripping rusty bath faucet, mildew on the shower curtain, and a constant horrible smell coming from the master bath sink. The kitchen was adequately supplied however there were no replacement garbage liners, only two dish towels. We also ran out of dish soap. The bath towels were so thin they wouldn’t really dry and there was only one hand towel in the master. A lot of deferred maintenance.
