Location, location, location is key! Transportation, grocery store, restaurant, all within walking distance. The place itself is modern and the views from the living room and bedrooms are breathtaking. Building is super secure with codes to enter parking structure, elevator and front door. My children were in love with the place and can’t wait to be back. All basic necessities that I needed were also available. I am so happy that I found the place and booked it right away. I had zero issues and no need to contact the host during my stay. Overall a great experience. We traveled from Alabama to San Diego for a weekend trip. We had this placed booked months in advanced. I communicated the week leading up requesting early check in if possible. I received a response. On the day we arrived in SD I messaged the host that we arrived as requested. 3 hours later I received a response that they were sorry but due to pest issues they were inspect to honor our reservation. We were literally 15 mins from downtown and if I had not reached out to the host I would not have known that we did not have a place to stay. Communication was lacking to say the very least.
