It was as advertised. Great location. We spent a lot time on the roof patio. It is an easy walk to the beach. They have all the beach amenities like towels and chairs and umbrellas so you don't have to buy anything. There are lots of people walking and hanging out on the beach but the neighborhood is quiet. I loved the dining area that overlooked the ocean. You can pull up the blinds in this room to enjoy an unobstructed ocean view. There's also a balcony with a table, umbrella, and chairs just off this room. The daybed is a perfect spot for napping. The beach and boardwalk are just steps away, featuring numerous shops, bars, and dining options; Kono's is one of our favorites. The lovely owner is downstairs and available to answer any questions. Another favorite feature of this place is the roof. You can go up there to sunbathe, eat, read, and enjoy the fire pit, which keeps you warm on chilly nights. We had a view of the ocean and a quick walk to the ocean. The hosts were kind, accommodating, and the whole visit was excellent. Amazing location. Multiple balcony’s with great views. The space is used well. Slightly cramped in kitchen are if you plan on cooking anything or have a larger party of 7+, but we didn’t spend much time in there. All around great decision going with this place. ##### Connor A.
