This modern beach home offers unobstructed views of the Ocean, Beach, and Sunsets from the comfort of your own 1st floor patio (not shared with other units), SMART TVs in all rooms, shared bbq, 1 garage parking, & designer touches throughout. \*Note - fans are provided on site for cooling. DESIGNER FEATURES This modern unit is professionally designed and features the best in beach living. Retractable floor-ceiling glass sliders lead to your exclusive 1st floor Ocean Front deck, which is perched 6 feet above the Boardwalk allowing for more privacy & amazing beach, ocean, and sunset views. The gourmet kitchen has premium Bosch and Kitchen Aid appliances, Sub Zero stainless steel refrigerator and freezer, custom cabinets, exquisite granite slab countertop with full backsplash, custom 2-tone paint scheme, & recessed lighting. This unit features dual master bed rooms with one on each level. There are 2.5 bathrooms including an indulgent Master bath with surround shower. Imported stone flooring, plus custom wood flooring in the bedrooms rounds out the custom finishes. Pls note despite the lack of air conditioning, our home stays cool year round with the ocean breezes, mild coastal climate, and fans throughout. Other features include a volleyball court & Boardwalk located out your front door, ideal for jogging, biking, running, or skating. We also offer our guests a washer/dryer located inside the unit, common BBQ, & complimentary boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys. TOWNHOME LAYOUT This unit is located on the prime Northern most corner of the building, allowing for maximum privacy and conveniently located off the first floor. Featuring an open floor concept, the main living area blends seamlessly together and is ideal for visiting with your closest friends and family. The ground floor features the living room, kitchen, dining area. Off the main living area is a half bathroom, along with the beautiful master bedroom fully equipped with an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs is the fun and playful 2nd bedroom that houses a custom built dual bunk bed set, as well as it's own separate bathroom! The management was also very helpful in helping us with a wifi issue. We were a bit worried about potential noise for upstairs remodel, but thankfully there was none during our stay. Nicely decorated, comfortable beds, and lots of beach stuff for our kids. Only issue with noise at another house nearby, but Surf Style hosts were quick to help us (even though they didn't manage the other house). Step out your front door and onto the beach. Walking distance to restaurants and the boardwalk/Pier which is great if you have younger kids. Our beachfront apartment was in just the right spot! There is nothing quite like looking out the front windows to an unobstructed view of the ocean. Just as advertised we enjoyed being up high, it made for better sunset viewing and people watching. Everything was nicely maintained, we had a small issue with the electrical but Dana at Surf Style was quick to fix. They provide every detail you could need and also provide area recommendations. You couldn’t ask for a better location. The sliding door opens and provides an amazing ocean breeze. As shown in pictures, this unit is on the boardwalk and is extremely accessible to the beach. It’s a close walk to great food and coffee. Everything we wanted to see was mostly a 15min drive. The unit next to us was rented and we never heard any noise from them or people in the boardwalk. The building itself is older but the amenities and furniture in the unit are updated. There’s not a ton of water pressure in the shower, but I’m not sure if that can be changed. Most units in this area are small, but having two full baths and a half bath was amazing!A very easy checkout process. I would recommend and stay again! ##### Brecken V. Very good communication with the management company. Clear directions for check-in. Great location on the beach and boardwalk. Unit is very comfortable. Underground gated parking is a very nice plus. It was also great having the corner end unit and 3 bathrooms! Bed was super comfy, wish it was a king size it didn't bother us and I could see a king wouldn't fit comfortably in that room. Plenty of sand toys and the Surf Style hosts made it an easy stay. Thanks! ##### Jason D. We rode bikes everywhere and did get one full day of sun. The upstairs bunk room worked well with teens however it was odd the bathroom door was clear glass. The property was well equipped and as clean as can be expected directly on the beach. Zane the on-site maintenance or property manager was great to talk to and most accommodating! ##### Kraig K.
