The house is open and airy with lots of fans (ceiling and tower fans) for warmer parts of the day. The neighborhood is certainly up and coming but had a lot to offer with good food, excellent coffee and convenient location to everything we wanted to do in the area. Parking was really convenient in the driveway. The kids loved the bunk room. There are a few chairs available for the beach and beach towels are provided which we really appreciated. ##### Amalia D.
