Anything that could be rusted (outside or even inside, like fans, speakers, etc.) had been rusted and not replaced or even painted over. Drapes and carpet (and one quilt) had horrible stains throughout. Couch had outlived its useful life by several years and the cushions no longer even resembled (or held) their original shape. Closet doors were off hinges. Beach umbrella was broken and beach closet looked like a grenade went off in it. The cherry on top was that I had reached out to the management company ahead of our stay to ask if the house had a pack n play for our infant, and they said there wasn’t one, so we purchased one to bring with us. When we arrived, behind the broken fan in the closet with the door off the hinges, there was a perfectly working pack n play. Just shows management hasn’t bothered to visit the property in ages, let alone try to properly maintain it over the yearsHands down the worst maintained property we’ve ever stayed in. If you’re not comfortable with stairs, this is not the place for you. The floor of the main suite bathroom shower was incredibly slippery and it’s only a matter of time before someone falls and is injured.
