The house had everything we needed. For the price of the rental I would have expected some working beach chairs and perhaps a beach wagon. Lots of cobwebs and spider webs that didn’t get cleaned. Internet was very slow. Only worked in main living room not in the bedrooms. Communication was slow in the beginning and then improved. From The view to the beach from the bedrooms, to the peacefulness of the neighborhood. The owners are also easy to work with and quick to respond if you reach out to them. We really enjoyed staying here! The location was great. The house was extremely clean and excellently equipped with all that you need for an amazing stay. We love the backyard with the fire pit, two tables corn hole, and beautiful surroundings. The view is beautiful! The beds are comfortable. I highly recommend staying here. Jacob was an amazing host. My husband and I came to San Diego from Oregon with our son and my parents to visit the San Diego Zoo. We found this house in Sunset Cliffs and it did not disappoint! It was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the views of the ocean were absolutely beautiful from the deck off of the bedrooms! We appreciated the updated appliances, and the ample seating was definitely accommodating and comfy. Rich was a great host, he messaged us to let us know if we need anything at all they would be happy to help. We would rent this home again for sure, and recommend it to anyone. ##### Virginia S. The bedrooms are very small (not even enough room for a chair in the en-suite bedroom), and accessed down a small flight of stairs, with the second bath (for bedrooms 2 and 3) at the top of the stairs - very awkward. There’s a bedside light on one side only (there’s not even an outlet on the other side of the bed). The overall condition of the property appears tired and old, with mismatching repaint patches on the walls etc. The website photographs are very deceptive. The furniture looked like it came from a consignment store. The dining table was dirty - we scrubbed it to try to get it clean, but it is old and stained and chipped. The thermostat was coming off the wall (and needed instructions). The Mr Coffee had a rusty base and should have been replaced ages ago. While there was a washing machine, there were no laundry supplies. The windows were very dirty - like looking through a fog. The WiFi information was out of date. And so on . . . . .We did not contact the property manager because we were too discouraged by things that were not immediately fixable to bother with those that could have been. ##### Colin W.
