We made a reservation for a king bed and we ended up with two full beds. The pool was in need of cleaning.Overall, very basic experience. I would not book here again.

Okay but could be improved
Overall it was an okay stay. The rooms don’t look as good as the pictures and half the hotel was maybe burnt down or being reconstructed, I’m not sure but very off putting. The first room we stayed in had ants in the tub and bathroom area. We were able to switch rooms and thankfully that room was much better. The staff could have been a little friendlier as well.

I’m traveling with a teenage boy and the next door guests were up blasting their tv and having loud sex from 2-4 am! We could not get any sleep and had to wake up early that morning. There was no one at the front desk to call for assistance. Also, there was no iron in the room. Again no one at the front desk for assistance. Not staying here again.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. We show back up after a long day to find that our personal items are covered in ants including my daughters retainers and contacts. The manager was not willing to come look and said he would take care of it the next day. Very unhappy!!!

The lady that checked me in has a personality of a sour pineapple. She never greeted me, just asked for my ID and credit card. I thought she would charge my card at check out come to find out she charged it right then and there and I had informed her that I known I would have given her cash. She lacked customer service big time. Not even thank you, enjoy your stay. She really should rethink her career options and maybe go work at a morgue. The pictures on the website were far from the truth. There was a fire there and part of the hotel is taped off and charred. Our room had an old musty odor. Thank goodness it was just a one night stay! We checked out before the checkout time because we just wanted to get out of there. Very disappointed in the stay, lack of customer service and how this place was presented on this website

Free to go breakfast offered on description but no breakfast is really offered, NO breakfast.
I had trouble sleeping in their king bed, I was not able to sleep well on my 2 nights stay.
No noises around, TV worked well.

Lets start with pros. The front people were really nice but thats all. The property is run down, and dirty. No one came in and cleaned or change towels. The floors were so dirty that my socks were black after few min walking on it. The area is kinda sketchy. We did found a cockroach in our room. And the walls are thin. You can hear everything thats going on in the room next door.

No breakfast, the door card did not work change it like 3 times, the front desk staff were not friendly, the wifi password did not work, the room smell awful if you need more come and book LOL… you’ll find more negative things.

We had a “no smoke” room but my room reaked of old stale cigarettes and dirt . I walked around for a little with my shoes off and my socks looked like mud from how dirty the floors were . I attempted to take a shower and the water did not drain. Even when I woke up the next morning the water still hadn’t drained

We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which results in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Plus no breakfast.
