Beds were also very comfortable. The garage was too small for our vehicle (Ford Escape), but parking in the public lots down the street was easy. Bill was very accommodating, allowing us to check-in early and check-out late. If you're travelling with small children, the stairs are a bit treacherous (tile with metal edging). The downstairs living area also felt pretty cramped with our group of 3 adults, 3 kids and a 18 month old. Keeping sand out of the place was also hard with kids (no outdoor shower or rinse station or anything). ##### Alyssa B. The house was kept up very nicely and very clean which is huge. The host was easy to communicate with, extremely accommodating and kind. The little things we didn’t like about the place was compensated with the great host haha. In all honestly if you have an suv the parking situation isn’t ideal. The garage and space to get into the garage is very tight. If you can’t fit you have to park down the street, which isn’t too far, but not convenient with young kids like us. I still gave it all the stars however because I don’t think it was a big enough issue when almost everything else was great! Just something to be aware of I think. They provided many things that made it easy to stay there without having to go and buy it all…like beach towels and toys, laundry and dish soap, etc. I think looking from the outside it doesn’t look like the most amazing place and the area is meh, but inside they’ve done a great job of making it nice and new and clean so we were pleasantly surprised haha! Overall I give it 5 stars. It’s easy to get to the bay and beachside isn’t too far either. The house was nice, clean and stocked and like I said the host was wonderful and so easy to communicate with and he responded quickly as well! ##### Brittany B. The host was easy to work with, and contacted VRBO to resolve some issues I had with them, which was much appreciated.
