The home is a spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a comfortable living room, dining area, fenced front yard, and very large backyard. You'll be staying in North Pacific Beach/ Bird Rock. Situated just south of the serene views and vibes of Bird Rock, half a mile to the famed Tourmaline Surf Beach, and 1 mi to downtown Pacific Beach. The Space: The home is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a relaxing getaway! You'll have exclusive use of the entire two bedroom, one bathroom home.The master bedroom features a king sized bed, the second bedroom has a bunk bed with two full beds, and the full bathroom also features a separate tub. Guest Access: Access to the home is private and exclusive to you during your stay.Self check in 24 hrs: Prior to arrival, all guests will be provided a unique combination code to the Smart Lock on the front door. The managing company responds to communication. Location is safe neighborhood with stores nearby. The one bathroom has a tiny shower stall, few hooks. The second bedroom door does not close due to the bed furniture blocks door. The overall design of cottage has flaws, needs a detailed cleaning of each room.
