Jennie checked us in, and she was so friendly and helpful. Great customer service. We had a change in plans due to flight delays and cancellations, so I called a couple of times to advise of our change in arrival time and with a couple of questions. I cannot remember when I’ve had hotel staff be so nice, empathetic, and helpful. All were wonderful. The staff working breakfast were the same way. We also met Adrian, the bartender, when we had drinks and a light supper. He was very polite and personable while being professional and very service-oriented. Wonderful hotel, all the staff made it even better!

Great hotel! Front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. Room was perfect, clean and comfortable for my family. The pool area is a plus when traveling with young children. Bar on premises is a plus!

Uncomfortable bed, you feel and hear the mattress springs with every movement. The mattress covers keep coming off. The air conditioning is very noisy, you will bring ear plugs. You may as well bring your own towels. We have 4 guests but they only provide 3 and they only clean rooms every other day. On 2nd day, 2 phone calls and 45 minutes later still no towels, I had get it myself from lobby. The bathroom is dirty. I got rashes on my neck from this hotel, I am wandering if they replaced pillows cases from previous hotel guests. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The front desk did not offer up any information regarding parking, facilities, WiFi and/or food and drink available. There were Tesla chargers but I was not informed that they were not working yet. The bed was hard and you can hear the neighbors upstairs and in the halls very clearly. The gym was very small and not a lot of equipment. They can do better since it’s a Marriot

Hotel amenities are nice. King room is spacious and very clean. Bed in this room was situated perpendicular to the tv. Luckily the tv swings out but not ideal viewing angle. Bed was only a 5 on comfort level out of 10 (10 being the best). Ice machine wasn't working well on my floor but 1st floor worked. Elevator closes weird tries to close then reopens after it gets 3/4 of the way closed then closes completely. I know pricing wise this is pretty average just expected more from Marriot at this price range. Probably would not go back unless i was getting a better deal.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Place was clean and our King room was ample and had all the amenities needed. Spent a couple nights there and I was able to work from the oversized desk in the room. Overall great place to stay.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel for our short trip to San Diego. Overall our experience was great. The only downside was that the hotel didn't provide the room cleaning service somehow.

This property is tired, everything a bit unkept as it is half remodeled and renovations happening. Unfortunately, we were not happy with cleanliness as there was hair on bathroom floor, no blow dryer and plumbing a bit rough. There was no place to unpack, no luggage rack and no dresser or place to put your suitcase… House keeping never refreshed our room on the second night’s stay with a quick tidying resupplying coffee, emptying trash or making beds. Never figured out the internet connect as we just paired with our phones. Staff friendly and breakfast very good and with many improvements the hotel could be resurrected…

I asked for a wheelchair accessible room. The room itself was big enough but the bathroom was not. There was one bar in the shower. None near the toilet and the toilet was extremely low to the ground. I struggled to get back up. Staff was friendly. As I was leaving I had bags piled up in my lap and one of the housekeepers saw me struggling. She stepped in to help me with the door. Very polite and friendly woman. There was a charge for parking each day. I paid it but feel like that is an unnecessary charge since it is a completely open parking lot and there plenty of places to park. There was no gate or security that I saw so I think it’s a bogus charge. I would still consider this location in the future but would definitely make sure it was a truly accessible room.

Staff was very friendly! Paid for breakfast included during our stay but the kitchen was closed one of the days, basically paid without getting the breakfast. Asked for room service multiple times. No trash bags in any bins. Also asked to get bags in the rooms, we never got any. Blankets looked dirty and didn’t replace blankets even after asking for full service. The location looked safe and was very close to almost all activities in San Diego .

Parking was 20/day. It was convenient. Bed was comfy. Towels seemed a little old, but were clean enough. The carpet on the entire property was a little dirty looking (not that it matters as much though). The room had a microwave, fridge, small sofa, tv. Water runs very hot. Had an amazing shower. No included breakfast. Coffee machine was broken.

The staff was great. The room was nice and clean. There was a lot of noise. You can easily hear traffic from the highway. I could hear people talking from the rooms next to me as well as the hallway. If you're a light sleeper I would not recommend stayimg here.

Con: The woman at the front desk that checked me in appeared to be upset or irritated. Elevator broke down during the busy portion of the weekend. Refrigerator had a weird setup; was cold 1/2 the time I was there, didn’t report it since I tried not to bring anything back to the room that needed to be refrigerated. Pro: plenty of parking. Close to everywhere. Extended Happy Hour (4pm x 10pm) at their bistro was nice but the prices were a bit high. I assume that’s for the convenience… Overall, a decent stay.
