I recently stayed at your hotel for two nights and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was immaculately clean and beautifully furnished, providing the perfect environment for relaxation. The amenities were top-notch, and I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread each morning. The location was also convenient, allowing me to explore the area easily. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend your hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable experience.

The electricity went out on my last day there and was just a bit frustrating as I had to prepare for a big meeting that same day. They should have back up generators of some sort. This was a bummer!

Upon entry, employee is nice, patient and helpful. Area is clean and well maintained. We stayed at the first floor and what i did notice is that walls are VERY thin. Like hearing someone yawn thin. Kind off uncomfortable because we had family matter discussion then you find that out. Also, very noisy around 8pm not recommending for anyone who checked in to have a good early sleep and rest and travelling with infant. I don't think i will come back to this location it's also far from any eatery if you have something else in mind aside from their bistro. Although, we did tried the 14$ pepperoni pizza and the 13$ dollar meatballs. It was decent. Overall, this is good place if you just doing a quick pit stop.

We loved our 4 nights here! Staff was SO friendly and helpful, super clean and comfortable rooms, beautiful courtyard and pool area (especially at night all lit up). Very safe and beautiful hotel!

You should warn people that the $169 including tax and fees turns out to be $189 plus tax plus fees plus $15 to park. Also, technically they do offer in house food service. In reality, it doesn't really exist.

Not a good value for money. They do not provide daily room service which was a surprise to us. I don't know what is the point of staying at Marriott and paying this much of $$ when they don't provide you the daily room service. Also, their pool was not functional and under renovation. I would have picked another option if I had known this level of detail at the time of reservation. They do not have any complimentary breakfast anymore. For every single thing you have to pay for it. Not happy with this.

Convenient Stay
Front desk was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Hotel is cleaned and maintained. Easy check in and out. They have a bistro where you can order food. Parking is ample and easy access to the freeway.

The GM was nice and professional. Some of the desk agents were less than professional. The doors have to be sort of slammed in order to fully lock them, so everyone is slamming doors at all hours of the night. The room was great. We had an issue with our mini fridge but they fixed it.

We stayed for 3 nights, 1st night we arrive later than check in time. The front desk receptionist gave us a room right in front of the exit back door which at 1st I didn’t mind until people started going in and out the door late at night and super early in the morning slamming the door noon stop. It kept waking us up all night long for the 3 nights we stayed there. We didn’t get a proper rest the entire time we stayed there. I feel for the price you pay you would think they would place you in a room where you can rest after a long day of exploring. I also was told I was going to get parking waved and they didn’t. Once I got the receipt I saw they charge me for parking for the 3 nights. The property was clean over all. Staff were nice.

The staff and the bistro were awesome. Shout out to Sydney. The room and lay out left something to be desired. The poeple coming in and out were loud and with a dog is unbearable. The doors SLAM shut everytime. So bringing a dog here isnt a good idea. The motion sensor in the bathroom is way to sensitive. Any little movement in the sleeping area will turn on the lights in the room. First night only got about an hour and a half of sleep with the doors slamming shut, the people being loud in thw hallway, and the motion sensor lights in the room turning on every 15 minutes. 2nd night I was to tired to care or notice anything. I wouldnt stay here till the door or sensor lights get addressed.

For Marriott this hotel was at best 2 stars. Huge disappointment. The rooms are noisy, the rooms are poorly kept, the bath room towel's, soaps, shampoo are cheap like something you would see at a Motel 6, the linens are cheap again much like what you would see in a Motel 6. Marriott should be ashamed of themselves.

I like the competitive price, the staff was great, the hotel was clean but not fancy. Would have liked to have seen more eating options inside the hotel and having a room two doors down from the stairwell turned out to be a bit noisy at times but not too bad.

This hotel booking was arranged as a daddy-daughter weekend getaway gift. My transportation was arranged to and from the airport, but the staff at this hotel provided bad information about transportation to and from Legoland. I was told the guests of this hotel use Lyft. However, Lyft doesn't offer carseats or booster seats. I was later told that some of the Lyft drivers will take the kids anyway; it's about a mile and a half, I think, to the theme park. If you are going to Carlsbad for Legoland, I recommend another hotel closer or within the park, and I recommend you rent a car to get around unless you have older kids who don't require safety seats. I also don't like the attitude the staff or the management took about this bad information because my daughter is five and was expecting to get to the park as soon as we woke up on Saturday morning, but that didn't happen, and their attitude was, "Oh well, it's not our problem," when we relied on the information they provided at the time the room was booked. I don't recommend this hotel because of their lack of consideration and failure to recognize any accountability for bad information about transportation. They said the suggested Lyft when they knew their statement that "guests use Lyft" implies that this service is available.
