You'll love the house and friendly neighborhood. We didn't realize that owner occupied house when not rented, and fridge had owner's food. The hot water was lukewarm. We had to locate and adjust setting. It didn't seem to cool that room. It takes a while to cool down but once you get your temp it is very nice. Everything you touch is clean. Clean kitchen. Clean bathrooms. Clean rooms. But there were cobwebs inside up high. The window shades are yellow/dingy. I’d recommend a little bit darker shade. The outside of the property could use some pressure washing on the concrete just to keep things nice. The pool area was clean and nice. But the back outdoor seating area was too buggy for my family’s liking. There are lots of plants/greenery. We were plagued by demolition on the Friday and Monday that we were there. There was street work going on. And the school across the street is undergoing a big demolition and renovation. That will be going on for a while. VRBO didn’t get back to me about that until we returned from the trip. I was not impressed with their responsiveness. And they said they wouldn’t do anything. The host couldn’t do anything but maybe warn us before we showed up. BUT, after demolition hours and on weekends the neighborhood was very quiet. Even for being on a corner lot it was quiet on the weekends. The couch is comfy to hang out on. The washer and dryer were nice. The pool was nice and warm to our liking. The pool cover is a heater.
