This property features 2 interior security cameras: 1 camera is facing corridor , and 1 camera is facing the front gate . PARKING:: Unfortunately, there is NO DESIGNATED PARKING FOR THIS UNIT. so here's some information regarding parking options in the area: 1.Street Parking: There are on-street parking spaces available throughout the neighborhood. Street Parking are free from6 pm-8 am ,Sundays and public holidays. 2.Metered Parking: Along 6th Avenue and surrounding streets, you will find metered parking spaces. How nice to have an electric tea kettle and coffee pot available with coffee and herbal teas available for use. Everything worked wonderfully and I even made use of the washer and dryer in the spacious bathroom. Vivian was immediately available and very helpful when I called with a question.
