There's also an attached studio room with the house. Surfboards, beach chairs & towels provided! GOOD NEIGHBOR INFO: We encourage a sense of community and respect for all our neighbors and guests. We are proud that our guests are respectful of the surrounding neighbors. PROPERTY RULES: Please be respectful of the property and treat it as if it were your own. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside or outside. There is a $500 fine for smoking in or outside of the property. No loud noises or parties are allowed on the property. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please do not bring any additional guests onto the property without the prior approval of the host. The host is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged on the property. Please do not use any appliances or equipment that are not specifically designated for guest use. If you have any issues or problems during your stay, please contact us immediately so that they can be resolved. PET RULES: 1\. Guests agree to always keep their dog under control. 2\. Guests agree to promptly report any damage caused by pet(s). 3\. Guests agree to pay any costs for damage done by pet(s) 4\. If damages are not reported but are found by owners/agent, it will be documented, and necessary replacement or repair costs will be charged to guest(s). 5\. Guests agree that their dog is housebroken. 6\. No pet(s) under the age of 1 year old. 7\. All pets must be up to date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. This must be done in the outside shower or with the hose. 11\. Guests agree to adhere to local ordinances, leash laws and licensing requirements. 12\. Guests agree to clean up after their dog(s) & dispose of their pet(s’) waste promptly. If not, you will incur a $50 fine. 13\. Guests agree to keep dog(s) from being noisy or aggressive, and from causing any annoyance or discomfort to others. Guests will remedy any complaints immediately. 14\. No personal pet beds or other such items should be put in the washer or dryer! We maintain a NO TOLERANCE policy regarding parties, excessive noise, and/or disturbing the neighbors. No smoking in the property. We were thrilled to find a place in OB as it is one of my favorites places, and my mother used to live in Point Loma. My mother, daughter, myself and my dog enjoyed the stay very much. The only issue was the shared back yard. That was not entirely clear to us in the Listing/booking, that it was a shared space. The first person we shared the space with was mellow. We found sheets left in the dryer and dirty knives in the kitchen. The blinds by the front door and in the bedroom were broken, and with no curtains. One of the windows was broken and sealed with duct tape. The shower handle in one of the bathrooms was damaged requiring us to jiggle it to turn the water on, but we couldn’t control the temperature. Overall, the location was fine, but the property needs better upkeep and attention to detail. ##### Tracy G.
