Indoor/Outdoor living at its finest with 3 levels of living space & outdoor spaces on each level, including our top level panoramic water & city view deck! Other features include 1br per level for utmost privacy, ensuite bath conveniently located in each bedroom, bbq, outdoor seating, gas fireplace, attached 2 car garage, a/c on 2nd & 3rd levels (no a/c on 1st level), & sleeps 6. GROUND/1ST LEVEL (attached garage + patio + 1br + 1ba) Enter through the front gate to a fully fenced patio with seating, bbq, & hose for rinsing off after a day at the beach. As you enter the front entry door, there is an adjacent bedroom with a Queen bed & ensuite bath (tub/shower combo). There is also a convenient attached 2 car garage with beach gear & washer/dryer (see “Parking” below for dimensions). MIDDLE/2ND LEVEL (main living area + 1br + 1ba + deck) A set of stairs leads you to an open, spacious main living area. This space comes complete with a living room equipped with a plush sofa sectional, cozy gas fireplace, SMART TV, ceiling fan, & sliding glass door access to the outdoor deck. Adjacent is a dining area with seating for 6 & a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counters, dishwasher, & cabinets galore. Off the kitchen is a bedroom with a Queen bed, ceiling fan, & ensuite bath (tub/shower combo). TOP/3RD LEVEL (master retreat + view deck!) Anticipation sets in as you enter the top level that features an expansive ocean view rooftop sky deck, the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine while watching beautiful sunsets or in the daytime to soak up the San Diego sun. This space includes outdoor seating & shade umbrella. This level also houses our master retreat with a King sized bed, SMART TV (not shown in the photos!), coved ceilings, walk-in closet, & ensuite bath that includes an oversized shower. The place was spotless and well stocked. Beds were comfy. The location was prime, a one minute walk to the beach that provided more privacy than being right on the boardwalk. Close to restaurants and a small market. The 3 staircases were a bit challenging with luggage but our group consisted of age 57 and older. It was roomy enough for our group of 6\. Great location with proximity to the beach, restaurants and other area attractions. The house was beautiful, clean and well-stocked (kitchen, toiletries, beach gear). Each room was very comfortable, and we did not need to use the AC during the stay. The garage easily fit a sedan and mid-size SUV. The roof-top patio offered amazing views of the ocean. We loved the fact that 'The Mission' restaurant was across the street and we were able to walk down to Belmont Park. I would recommend staying in this rental when visiting Mission Beach. ##### Samantha J. The location was perfect, the house was in great condition and the rooftop patio was the best part! We loved all the extra amenities they had for the beach such as umbrellas, chairs and sand toys for our 6 year old. There was a lot of things within walking distance such as restaurants, coffee shops, and the boardwalk. The house was stocked with kitchen needs and it was nice to have a washer and dryer. The house worked really well for us - each couple had their own comfortable bedroom and bathroom. The sectional in the living room accommodated all 6 of us comfortably. The dinning table and seating was spacious for family meals and playing board games. It was great to have a garage which worked well for our 2 compact cars. We loved being so close to the beach but set back enough to be a little more private and quiet. Would definitely stay again. ##### Ingrid V. The beach was so close. Loved everything about this property. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The garage was clutch, and lots of beach items including chairs, towels, and boogey boards. Interior was clean and had everything we needed. Screen doors were difficult to slide open and closed, and the cushions for the patio furniture had some mildew issues.....those were the only minor things.
