Todo me pareció muy bien lo recomiendo totalmente, es súper céntrico todo queda cerca además de que nuestra estancia fue de lo mejor muy limpio y todos muy amables!!

Excellent! We had a great time here. Rooms are spacious and clean. All common areas are beautiful and picture worthy. Good location, within walking distance of city center. Overall great experience.

It was a quiet hotel with wonderful amenities, near the Museum de Ámbar. It was also possible to have a physical therapist, José, come do massage in the room, which was great because I had a cold and it helped me heal.

They are very unfriendly to white foreigners, especially the short dark woman in the restaurant who behaves discourteously and bullies women and white people and talks behind their back. The staff are nice but not always professional.

Slightly disappointed
This was ok but we had a few issues - went down to the breakfast area early at 7am to get a coffee to take back to the room & they charged us 40pesos each for 2 small cups when if we'd gone at that time for breakfast, coffee was unlimited. Our room was also the furthest awày from the entrance possible & since the 2nd floor we were on had no lift & many different levels it was up & down all the time with our cases The room itself, whilst fine, didn't have an outside opening window The included breakfast was told to us as to what we were having rather than a menu to look at - our rate apparently was for an "American breakfast" & that was either eggs or pancakes, juice Or fruit & coffee. It was however fine. The location was good however but in not sure if we'd stay again

I've stayed here twice now and it's been consistently okay. You can definitely expect the beds to be hard and uncomfortable—but the staff is very nice and they try to accommodate your needs. The wifi is a little difficult, but works after its setup. The inside of the hotel is beautiful, and the hotel is a walkable distance to the center square, so the location is great.

Nice and spacious room on the third floor. Not all the lights worked. But it was big, comfortable, and clean. Internet was so slow that it rarely worked.

I liked the atmosphere of the hotel and environment of the hotel. Also I enjoyed the restaurant on the property. What I didn't like was the mattresses on the beds were to firm for me and the internet connection was to slow but that might because I was in Mexico.

I stayed here for 8 days, the staff was pleasant. I tried the restaurant once and the food was good. The wifi was a hit and miss. Sometimes it would work sometimes it wouldn't. Bathroom had mold on the walls and the drain in the shower was backuped. It would drain eventually but towards the end of my shower i would be standing in a puddle of water.

The hotel didn’t give us our money back for the night that we booked. We were not able to make it to the hotel because the road was blocked off all day/night with protesters with baseball bats.

Very charming, great staff, and the restaurant was very tasty. Very well located in a quiet area yet close to the main attractions. however, this location DESPERATELY needs to invest in new doors for the rooms, they are paper-thin, yet somehow manage to slam incredibly loudly due to the cheap doorknobs. Please Please replace them and become a 5 Star location, you can here every activity in the hallways all hours of the day.
