"The home/property was perfectly comfortable for our group of 4 adults, a toddler and a dog. Communication with the owner was prompt and he was very accommodating to our needs. There are different apartment areas in the resort and for our stay during Carnavales we found the Villas Residences to be the most peaceful. "This is a hard one because we've stayed in many 5 star rentals and this one just didn't measure up. Toilet ring. Ant infestation. No pots big enough to make a large batch of both spaghetti and sauce. No blender. No stools for the eat-at counter. All of our other rentals were so much better. Host was friendly and helpful but somehow it just didn't suit us."

"I drove to this location and Google maps sent me to the back gate. Once inside, there was limited parking. This is a gated facility. You must ring the buzzer or call the manager to enter or exit. "This is a very nice place staffed by some of the best people I have encountered anywhere. I had room #1 with a kitchen which I wasn't expecting and barely used except for the fridge. This room was a bit more of a showplace than a functional room because while there were 2 small tables; one that I used as a desk had display items on it like 2 big plates and another thing that I had to put in the closet so I could use it pulled over to the bed to sit on - no chair. (I was told later that they could have brought me a chair.) The pool looked nice, although I didn't use it. The breakfast was very nice indeed and was ordered from a menu giving lots of choices. I had a rental car so most nights I went to town for dinner but the one night I did eat there, I was unimpressed with the food, service was fine. I think the girls were happy that I tried to use my limited Spanish with them & they all spoke very good English with those that didn't try."
