Slept very well in king bed. Weather was cool and there was always a fire in fireplace in the lobby to sit down in front of. Staff very friendly and helpful. The only negative was that on next to the last day of our stay they ran out of coffee. I guess their grinder broke, so last 2 days of our stay we could make in room coffee but none where breakfast served in area off lobby where there was supposed to always be coffee available. It was positive stay otherwise.

Everything was nice the only thing I didn't like is that breakfast ends @9 usually other Ayres Hotel Monday -Friday ends @ 10.

I stayed at a big ayres hotel and was beautiful but this one was smaller and had a small town feel. Excellent breakfast with a chef to make made to order omelets. The outside rooms had parking in front of the room which made it convenient. Beautiful flower trees outside and clean. Perfect for families

Room 140 was nice but it’s right Next to The cleaning ladies laundry room. It was so loud all day. All you hear is the washing machines. Please wear ear plugs if you stay in this room. Do not stay in room 140 expect to get no sleep.

Very friendly staff. Every part of the property we saw (entry, lobby, parking lot, hallway to our room) was clean, well maintained and in good working order. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast when we checked out, but it smelled good and lots of people were eating, so I take that as a good sign. We will be back next time we're in the area.

Easy access to freeway & very close to the Loma Linda medical and university campus. Walkable to dining places. Really enjoyed the Mexican stand with variety tasty and reasonable priced food next to the hotel!

Absolutely exceptional service (Emily at check in); room was large and comfortable with excellent amenities; breakfast (included) was really well done. Don’t have a single negative other than wished it had been a hotter day to better enjoy the pool!

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Only downside is room location on second floor requires hauling luggage up stairs or a long walk to the Elevator and car.
