Located on one of the best yacht clubs of the island, with nice parks and walking areas, access to its beach and to its private sea club with restaurant, chill out and swimming area, and right next to the wonderful Meloneras Golf Course. It allows a relaxed stay on the south of the island, very close from its main touristic attractions like Meloneras Boulevard, but without the noise of its streets and commercial areas. It is perfect to spend a holiday enjoying sport activities such as golf, cycling, fishing or sailing, or just to relax on its swimming pool with wonderful sea views. The house is distributed in one single floor at street level, and consists of a wide living room with smart tv, dining area and fully-equipped independent kitchen, a private terrace, a private sun terrace with sea views on the rooftop, two bedrooms with double beds, and two full bathrooms with walk-in shower. Guests also have access to a large common pool. There is free WIFI throughout the house. It has plenty of street parking area near the door of the house. The yacht club urbanisation is private, with continuous surveillance, supermarket, and restaurant. We were on a 4 week tour; this was so far and away the worst lodging experience ever. Where to start? Here are the lowlights:- We started by sitting on a curb for about an hour for the check-in attendant to arrive; no bench, no WC, but thankfully it wasn’t raining.- Mold, mold, mold. In the main bathroom. In the living room wall (that was just painted over). The dryer lint trap was coated with mold. - When we got in, there was no hot water whatsoever. It was well over a day before we could take a shower, which was a huge burden after having travelled 2 days from the US to get there. No excuse for this whatsoever. The hot water tank had been turned off.- A completely dysfunctional kitchen; 1 setting, no knives or cutting board, no microwave (it’s 2026…).- We killed multiple very large cockroaches. In the kitchen.- Several cabinet doors were completely off their hinges, such that the cabinets were unusable. - BIG ONE: An electrical circuit was pulled completely out of the wall in the kitchen, causing a serious fire or shock risk. - Little things: No drying rack for clothes. 2 pool loungers were broken. One key even though 2 couples. WiFi erratic all day where ever you were in the house. We submit this review as rental unit owner in the US, so we’re not novices. At least props for the young housekeeping lady.
