The house has 3 rooms (2 bedrooms, 1 living-dining room), 1 well-equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with large shower.
Outside there is a private pool, a pool shower, a bar with freezer and sink, sun loungers and a pavilion. The outside area is not visible from the street.
The house is secured by an alarm and is monitored by a security company.
In about 400m there is a supermarket and restaurants.
The dunes are about 700m away, the beach 1200m.
There is a fitness studio 300m away.

One bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, a 180x200cm double bed, dressing table with bench and mirror, chest of drawers, clothes rail, TV and DVD player.
The second bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, a 140x200cm double bed, chest of drawers, clothes rail, TV and a patio door to the outside area.
In the living-dining area you will find a dining table, a large couch with coffee table, TV and DVD player, and the front door.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooker, extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, coffee machine, kettle, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, cutlery, etc.
Once or twice a week, depending on the weather, the gardener takes care of the pool and plants. At the pool you will find a landing net for the rough cleaning of the pool and in the annex there is a large broom for cleaning the terrace, which you can do yourself. If you do not want this, you can order the gardener at short intervals for an extra charge (20 euros per cleaning).
For stays of more than 7 nights, our cleaner comes once a week and changes towels and bed linen and cleans the toilet and sink. If you do not want this, please let me know.
On the street behind the house you will find parking spaces for your rental car.

You can use the entire house with an outdoor area. There are no other guests here during your stay.
The house is surrounded by privacy screens.
Outside there is the private pool, outdoor shower, bar with sink, sun loungers, parasol, table and chairs and a pavilion.
In a small building outside there is a new washing machine (for 8kg) and a new tumble dryer. Washing machine. You will also find three drying racks there.
You will find vacuum cleaners for the outside area behind the bar and for the inside area in the kitchen.

Please note that the accommodation is aimed at adults and young people aged 15 and over!

The neighborhood is calm. Here are villas and only a few holiday resorts. Both locals and Europeans live here who use the island as a holiday destination for relaxation.
Party tourism does not take place here, so we ask our guests to take this into account. You will find nightlife especially in Playa del Ingles. You can easily do this by public transport or on foot.

There are bus stops about 300m away. You can quickly reach the surrounding area by bus, e.g. B. the nearby beaches or Playa del Ingles.
