Pequeños inconvenientes al usar el sauna y spa, tuve que pedir cambio de toalla que se la tuve que pedir a un adolescente la había agarrado y la estaba usando, personas sin traje de baño usando el jacuzzi en ropa interior o pantaloneta. Los baños del spa se mantenían sucios por la cantidad de personas presentes por el finde largo. El primer día esperamos 1hr para que hubieran toallas disponibles.

Hospedarse en Hotel Casa Santo Domingo sera sin duda el inicio de unas vacaciones inolvidables, esta propiedad unica en su estilo se dedica 100% al servicio al cliente en todos los sentidos. Cuentan con el mejor SPA de Guatemala, cada habitacion es distinta en su decoracion haciendolo aun mas especial. Camas y ropa de cama de primera. Siempre sera mi lugar favorito para disfrutar de unos dias en Antigua Guatemala en familia. FELICIDADES son de lo mejor en hoteleria.
