Featuring four comfortable bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, our home provides ample space for up to 16 guests. The open floor plan creates a sense of spaciousness, while the private backyard offers a great area for relaxation or outdoor activities.   
  
We provide all the essential amenities you'll need for a comfortable stay, including TV, WiFi, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, free parking, a washer, and more. For your safety, we have also installed a smoke alarm, first aid kit, and fire extinguisher.

The home was absolutely beautiful and conveniently nearby many stores. Was very clean and provided many amenities for us. My family loved it so much that they’re even considering moving out there. Precious was very attentive and made sure we didn’t have any issues throughout our stay. I only wish it was a bit closer to downtown(river walk) but still not too bad of a drive. Overall great home and even better host.

Very clean and good location but the AC was completely off when we arrived and it took several hours to get it to a bearable temperature. I understand the temperature issues associated with South Texas heat - having spent many summers in South Texas - however, it was a problem for the first evening and a couple of the rooms Did not get circulation of Cool air once the temperature finally came down to 73\. Otherwise, the space was great and very clean. There was plenty of room and we really appreciated the walk-in shower on the first floor for my elderly parents.

#### Clean, spacious and good location

The house was very well maintained and slept a very large number of people. The kitchen was well stocked and the home had plenty of towels. Very close to Sea World. The host, Precious, was very responsive and communicative. The only complaints would be that all the beds were quite uncomfortable and the camera on the back porch was very intrusive and made us not want to sit back there and enjoy each other’s company which is something we love to do.

#### Beautiful and Great Location

The place was clean and had extras in the kitchen from previous guests. We had an issue with some sheets and a missing remote and Precious jumped on it and resolved both immediately. Super close to Sea World less than 10 mins and a short drive into downtown. Lovely place.
