SADIE 2-STORY This home is one of the most well-known properties in Lavaca - the former Live Oak Grocery building built in 1915 is in the heart of the Historic district and offers a one of a kind breathtaking view of the Tower of the Americas from the covered 2nd floor patio. Blending historical materials with modern aesthetics, this fully renovated home exudes modern elegance without losing its original charm. The large historic shop style windows allow the natural light to fill the spacious living area creating an inviting atmosphere. You can also park in the garage and enter the home through the back door into the laundry room.
