We booked this penthouse during the week of Fiesta in downtown San Antonio. The location was perfect, it was close enough to the action but far enough away that we had a good rest. The patio was amazing, it was a great place to hangout after long days and enjoy the view of the Riverwalk, it had a table and couches, plus a fireplace in case it got chilly. We didn't use it but it added to the vibe. The house was very well appointed, anything you could need was available. It was also very clean and easy to access. Our host was great, he was friendly, helpful and responded very quickly to any questions that we had. All information was provided promptly and was clear as to what we had to do to gain access and what we needed to do for a smooth checkout. All the rooms had new furniture and huge TVs! We didn’t ask for money back and he could have rented it with the notice I gave him. Really sad there is little to no empathy and compassion for responsible people. Stayed 4 nights in Nov 2023 ### 2/10 Terrible #### Omar C. 13 Jun 2023 Disliked: Communication #### Worst vacation stay The elevator was not working and it did not help that we were in the 5th floor. Although there was one other elevator, it was on the other side of the building. The AC stopped working and our room reached 87 degrees. Although this was reported early in the day, maintenance did not arrive until the next day which happened to be the day we were checking out. I reached out to both, owner and property manager on the day the AC stopped working yet no accommodations were offered other than three fans that made no difference. All in all my entire family slept in what seemed to be a sauna, sweating and very uncomfortable. ##### Omar C.
