In dire need of repair.

Pros: Pool. Desk staff was friendly.
Cons: Renovate. Improve housekeeping. Rotate continental breakfast food.
Suitable place to sleep. Housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired.

We had a non smoking room...the entire hotel smelt of smoke. The carpet was horribly stained. Different things throughout the room were broken. There were cigarette burns all over the sheets.

Need some improvement!

I was not satisfied with my stay. The hotel had an odor. The carpet was not clean. We had to call for someone to change our linen because obviously the beds were made up without the linen being washed. That is just Nasty! Then as we were checking out, someone else credit card informion printed up on our receipt.

First I called and told them my flight was canceled and will be coming in later on that day. When I got there my reservation was canceled because I did check in at 12am. Rebooked in queen room instead of king. Next day hotel staff came in room three times with out knocking and thought I was checking out. Was booked for four days. Wi-Fi connection was horrible, barely worked. Room key was deactivated after one night. Remote did not work, kept putting using old batteries. Overall stay was horrible and room was terrible such as no hangers, cracked bathroom tile.

Worst Quality Inn ever- Pick another one.

This was the worst experience we have had at a Quality Inn or any hotel booked through Hotels.com. The rooms were dank and dirty, carpet was badly stained, one of the bathroom ceilings had missing and discolored sheet rock above the shower.Bed linens had holes in them from what looked like cigarette burns. A/C in one room would not work, when maintenance came to fix it, the filter had not been cleaned in a VERY long time- completely caked with dust and grime.

Very Disappointed

Pros: It was close to where we needed to be and the price was good.
Cons: Everything.
Location: We were there on business so we really didn't experience any of the sites.
The facilites were run down. The staff was nice but it didn't make up for the other issues. Our room was not very clean and had an odor. The side door, which was next to our room, would not fully close unless you pulled it to, rendering it completely unsecure. When we pointed it out to the desk clerk, he immediately went and pulled it to but that was it. The next person to come through it, left it unlocked. There was mildew on the exterior walls. The hallways did not look like they had been swept or vacuumed in days. The next morning we found bugs in the bed. We reported it to the desk clerk, who came to the room and looked that situation, apologized, removed the bedding and assured us that the room would receive a thorough cleaning (which was assuring to the next guest but we were checking out. We would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is old and outdated. The carpet was dirty! I refused to walk around without shoes on during my stay. The bathroom was disgusting and dirty. I didn't shower because it was so aweful.
