Completely refurbished kitchen with all appliances, and washer & dryer. While there is off-street parking, the house is in walking distance to bus stop, HEB, Chris Madrid's and other well loved local restaurants and coffee shops. 5 minutes from Midtown and 5 minutes from the San Antonio College and San Pedro Spring Park.
