The linens were exceptional. Loved that the beds had automatic lights for getting up in the dark. Also, a good breakfast was included every morning. Loved the hardwood floors. The Riverwalk view was ok but stepping out to the Riverwalk from the hotel was really great. Pool was a bit small and a little cold but enjoyable. Loved that the hotel provided water in the entrance that was refreshing after a long walk.

Conveniently located on the Riverwalk within close walking distance to the Alamo, Stores and restaurants. Staff were extremely friendly. High level room with view of the City was superb.

The room was nice and beds were comfy. The TV in our room didn’t work and they were supposed to come fix it and didn’t, however, they did give us a credit. The location on the Riverwalk was great, right next to a lot of popular restaurants and bars!

Perfect location on the river walk. Inviting lobby with fruit infused water. Clean, spacious, and well decorated rooms. Self parking or valet parking available. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was very good. We had a great stay!

We were so disappointed that on our check out day only one elevator was working. We waited 25 minutes with our luggage on the 4th flour and only one elevator arrived, always full. We finally found the stairs and took them down with all our luggage. Good thing we are in decent shape. We were rushed to catch our flight. Someone could have alerted guest of the situation and offered help with luggage... My husband avoided a near fall on the stairs.

This hotel will be the one I check first next time I go to the Riverwalk. I could find nothing wrong with any part of my stay. Everyone was so nice and helpful.

El hotel es bonito y limpio. El servicio por el personal es muy amable. Y lo cerca del riverwalk es hermoso. El desayuno es muy rico. Y las habitaciones también están muy bien la cama y las almohadas muy bien. Lo malo es lo caro del Valet parking y lo lento y el estacionamiento en general. 50dlls Valet y $40dlls general por día. Lo otro que no me pareció fue que el paquete de desayuno incluido es una tarifa relativamente baja (60dlls en 3 personas) Al final tienes que pagar la diferencia

Perfect location, great service, very family friendly. There were so many convienent dining options, very close to all attractions, and a CVS and Walgreens very close by for any little emergencies. Super clean as well. Highly recommend staying here.

I tried to check-in just before one hour and they mentioned the room is not available. Then they mentioned there is another one with a slightly higher price which is facing the river. We took it. But then we realized it was a mistake. This room was near to the fire exit and having a wall sharing with the adjutant room with a door. There were lot of noice from the other room, high TV volume, conversations everything was annoying a lot and this lasted till 2 AM in the morning. This is the first time I am facing this in Hyatt.
