Checking in and out was very easy. The valet were efficient and friendly. The rooms were spacious but the bath tub seemed a little dirty. My family enjoyed the afternoon social on Wednesday and the complimentary breakfast. Overall I would stay here again.

This hotel is beautifully decorated, our suite is spacious and it’s walking distance to the river walk and Alamo. We couldn’t be happier with our hotel for our first trip to San Antonio.

I also apologize for the late check in. Our housekeepers are working very hard to clean your suite and to deliver the best possible experience. While we strive to have all suites ready by the stated check in time, in the process of making sure the suite will be up to our standards as well as yours, we may take longer than anticipated. This is not the norm for our hotel. Spring Break can be a very fun time to be in San Antio, and we hope you enjoy the remainder of your visit to our beautiful city.

The room is excellent and the spot is as well but having to wait in the lobby for almost three hours was ridiculous. Made the experience less enjoyable for a while.

This place only has valet parking and it was $48 each night. They also expect tips, and you cannot get to your vehicle without them bringing it. During the busy morning, it took an hour to get my truck from them. At one point, they did not have room in their garage a few blocks away and were telling arriving guests they had to find their own parking. There was construction the entire time with tons of workers coming in and out. There were also sketchy guys everywhere to the point that my wife and daughter did not feel safe going anywhere in the hotel alone. They were also using the same elevator and leaving a mess everywhere. We had to change rooms halfway through our stay because they noticed then that they had put us in a room that had a cracked shower days after we checked in. The second room had dirty sheets with both yellow stains and blood stains. When we let them know, they sent the cleaning lady, who never changed the sheets. The complimentary breakfast was not very good, and they constantly had a low supply of everything. For the price and the proximity to the Riverwalk, I had much higher expectations.

We had to wait over hour to get our car and they charged me 46 dollars to park my car with out letting me know there was a charge you would thing that since you are staying at the hotel parking would be free our at least be informed there will be a charge. After paying and extra 100 dollars and canceling an another hotel because my grandkids wanted to swim I confirmed the pool was working and heated but in fact after we got there the pool was not working . I was told I would be getting 75.00 dollars refund which I have not received yet but then I find out they have charged me for parking I will never stay at this hotel again

As with any downtown property, there is a fee to park, and it is stated on our website and there is a large sign stating the same when you first pull into the hotel. Regarding the pool, it was open but had to be closed for one day due to a sanitary issue that was discovered with it. The safety and security of our guests is our main concern, so closing the pool was the right thing to do. I am sorry to hear you will never stay with us again. Thanks for your business.

This was extremely clean and probably one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The only disadvantage is it requires valet parking at $43 a night or you can go find a public parking lot and walk to the hotel.

It's got nothing to do with the property itself, but the area around it. That part of the Riverwalk is run down and dirty, I don't know if it will be remodeled but it's very sad to look at. I was here in the Riverwalk prime days and it was beautiful full of life and people now this part of it it's just sad to look at.

We stayed with our adult, kids and grandkids in two rooms on the same floor. While we were disappointed that there was no natural light in our room. The larger room had nice windows with good light. They were comfortable sheets and pillows and lots of fluffy towels. In particular Sonia at the front desk was very helpful to us as a family, and the best meal we had in San Antonio, at Boudan, was her recommendation. The cost of parking is very high, which is probably the second most inconvenient thing. The first most inconvenient is no restaurant, or even bar in the hotel and the closest place being on the Riverwalk, where things are quite expensive at night. It’s too far to walk with little kids . Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and particularly the kind people who helped us with housekeeping.

I enjoyed my stay here, service was great starting with the valet, check in was a breeze and our whole stay was great; our room was clean and well equipped everything worked fine, the breakfast was exquisite I have no complaints. I also like the location, next to the Riverwalk a short walking distance to the busy restaurant so our room was super quiet. I would definitely stay here again when I go back to San Antonio especially since it’s affordable.

The staff was friendly but room itself was not satisfactory. There was an old sock and sandal left in the room in pretty visible areas. The restroom also smelled like sewage. Also, online they have 2 options for parking which is valet or self park with a /- $10 difference, when we arrived the inky option was to pay for their valet or park nearby on the street. Definitely the most disappointing stay at a Hilton hotel.

I wanted to love it, but I didn't. I'll start with the positive part: great location, everything is in a walkable distante, suites are spacious and well equipped. What I didn't like was mostly the service, everyone is kind but we requested towels and blankets twice and my husband had to go to the front desk to get them, also the housekeepers only go by request, so if you forget to call front desk they won't go to your room. I know some hotels do that, but personally I don't like it. We had to take our trash out because we missed our window time. Other thing I didn't like was the sofa bed. It's absolutely uncomfortable :( Good thing is that they're renovating the hotel. Breakfast has limited options. It is less expensive than other hotels around, but in overall I was expecting more. In overall was a ok stay, but I'm I'd come back to the same hotel.

The carpet, bed, and main things felt very clean and nice. You can tell it is not deep cleaned as often as it should. But great stay and clean enough to come back. Right on the river walk & continent location. 20ish minute walk to the Alamodome
