When we checked in the lobby was clean and staff was really friendly but once we started walking down the hall to our room, everything changed. The hallway was noticeably hot and dirty, not just haven't vacuumed yet but really dirty. Bags of trash layingnin the side halls that where there the 2 days we were. Broken tiles on the floor, broken baseboards, doors propped open with trashcans because the keypad didn't work, the fitness room doorknob was missing, and the place smelled bad. Inside the room which was supposed to be non-smoking, there were cigarette burns on the sheets (which were also dirty), overwhelming smell of smoke and a smoke alarm that had been ripped off the wall so it wouldn't go off. After turning on the a/c, it took over an hour to get the room cool. There were only 2 towels for 4 people and the bed pillows were the size of a throw pillow. The pool was only slightly dirty but enjoyable enough. Breakfast the next morning was cold and unimpressive. Stale donuts, cold eggs, no fruit, no sausage, no toast. Same for day two. The fact that we had to go and buy air freshener to make the room bearable says a lot right there. The nieghborhood was not to be trusted so we did not go back out after it got dark. All in all I would warn anyone that the pictures hotels.com shows of this place are not accurate so I wouldn't trust them. This place was a dump and should just be torn down and rebuilt and updated. Do not stay here, it may be a vood price but it's not worth it.
