NOT A FAMILY HOTEL

entire hotel smells like cigarette, roaches on hallways, blood on sheets, small pillows, cigarette butts in room, old coffee in coffee pot, thugs smoking around entire parking lot. Good thing i had my gun with me, but even then, we decided to leave. Its like a housing complex.

Front desk very friendly and helpful.. cleaning staff not very good. Room was dirty, no towels were left, no face cloths, no floor mat for shower area.. we had to ask for towels.. 7 night stay, yes re- used towels, but then needed replacing.. tueday night, front clerk had to give us everything, not one towel in room, took dirty ones .. but never really placed

The hotel is off the freeway in a semi-industrial area. Walking is difficult as there are few sidewalks and freeway entrance traffic. the staff was very helpful in finding a lost check.

Horrible Hotel

This was my first (and last) time staying at this hotel. The matress was extremely uncomfortable and the AC must have been broken because I continuously woke up sweating all throughout the night. There were no bath towels either.. only face towels. Did they expect me to dry my whole body with a few small towels? I called the front desk repeatedly in hopes of receiving body towels along with a small bottle of lotion which they hadn't placed in my room before I got there. The front desk informed me that they "didn't have any" lotion. Is that a managerial mistake for not ordering needed inventory? Or is that laziness of the staff for not looking harder to fulfill the needs of the guest? Either way, I would never spend a cent on a hotel room here again. It was way too overpriced for what I received.

A great value considering the price for other hotels/inns nearby. If you're simply looking for a place to stay for a night or two, and nothing fancy, I recommend this place.

Home away from home

I sold my home and needed a place to stay until new home was ready. The entire staff here from front desk to house keeping was extremely courtious and attentive, needs a little updating but rates were reasonable and room was clean, i would recommemd to anyone, Robby Carlson room 232 6-12 thru 6-15, 2016

Hard to find upon entry when driving in but the nice staff and quietness of hotel made it enjoyable. Just wish they a meat at breakfast and bigger cups for the juice. Other than that it was a nice stay.
