Not a 4 star by any means (have stayed in many Ibiza hotels). Am contactgin Expedia as Laos taxes upfront but hotel insisted we pay again upon arrival?? Not happy with them or Expedia with that. Food average- not 4 star equivalent. Having to pay for safe in room isn’t my idea of 4 star as most 3 star hotels on island don’t come with paying for safe.

Hotel was ok for the price. Food was ok, but nothing special. Good for kids and people who like entertainment. Car is necessary.

I enjoyed the live entertainment. Friendly helpful staff. Rooms are a bit small but overall was pleased during my stay.

Food poisoning

Stayed at hotel for 4 nights, 5 days. Got severely ill on day 3, reported to hotel, no action taken - sickness & upset stomach. Upon return to UK was admitted into hospital for suspected food poisoning - this has subsequently been confirmed by Hospital as Salmonella. Did not eat anywhere else whilst out in Ibiza. Was not able to leave the hotel room and really ruined trip.

Great staff, everything really clean and very enjoyable stay. Two small things; lack of a proper bathrooms in the rooms is a bit weird, and the food could be hit or miss. All in all though, really enjoyed out stay.
