Very dirty. We found blood spatters in the bathroom. The outside was trashy. There was a random charcoal grill, trash, and filth everywhere. There was a man clearly high on meth wandering around. We didn’t even stay because we felt unsafe. At least I was refunded the full amount.

place is in realy bad shape no tv remote, dirty,door key would not work,refrigerator not working, free breafast out of everything. gone all day and when we returned for 2nd night room had not been cleaned yet. 6pm

The property is run down and supposedly being renovated (I did not see any construction going on). The rooms were dirty and when complained to the receptionist she said the cleaning crew was not very good. Nobody seviced our room the second day and when we went to complain, they said that we had to request service the day before 9 AM in order to get service the following day. Towels are threadbear and not very clean. There were cockroaches in the room. Most of the electrical outlets were not working. We had to configure the television so that it could work. We ended up leaving and not staying for the third day (stayed two of three nights). I would not recomend this place to my worst enemy. There was a dirty diaper on the floor outside of the office. Do not list this property on your website.

Please do not stay there, The room was very dirty, you can tell was not vacuumed or moped, there were a black sticky something all over the floor, the bathroom was the same, the bathtub was clogged, only 2 towels were clean the rest were fold as clean, but were used, there was no trash can, and the door safety lock was broken, the hall ways were stained over stained, when to the lobby to complain but was so dusty and unpleasant that explained it all, so change my mind, if they use the renovation excuse don’t buy it, it is not because of that, they just do not care.

So, the images are a flat out lie. Filthy isn't even a strong enough word. On my birthday I had to drive back 25 miles just to grab some things before going out and when I try to use my key card it just flat out wouldn't work. Apparently the electronic key card part of the door died. The employee wasn't sure what to do but she was very nice. I left my number with her to call me as soon as it was fixed and 3 hours later I had to call her at 10:30 at night to figure out if I could get in or not while I was sitting in town waiting. She was still very nice. The place is falling apart. I had 3 little half size pillows on my king size bed. When I ask for more or even just to trade for real pillows I was told no. When I ask for a clean towel on my second day there I was told I had to bring a towel to the office in order to get a new one. I was floored. I will be fighting for my money back for sure.

Staff at front desk was nice. Room was dirty, threadbare towels and only enough for one person. Commode did not flush well. Breakfast was not available until 8am, no condiments for coffee, sparce options, many people left without eating.

The shower head went to my chin, the blankets were all stained it smelled horrible the towels were gross. The staff was snooty and no personality. The parking lot was filled with tons of construction worker or oil field trucks and machinery couldn’t even get in or out. Never again!

There was a $25 early check-in fee (1 hour early). Only 2 towels and 1 washcloth supplied but no hand towel. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Comforter had many seamen stains on the cover -yellow. The bathroom seat did not fit. The toilet and was dirty. The tub was filthy and dirty. I’m not sure what was on the floors. awful. No toilet paper in the bathroom. No cups or cream or sugar with the coffee pot!!!

The property was very aged. The floors were uneven in the room, there was mold on the ceiling, and there was no hot water to shower with. There were stains all over the floor in the room along with an old mattress leaned up against the wall. The rooms smelled of sewage.

The property was run down and filthy. The room was extremely filthy! The tub was kid you not, black with hair all in the drain. The bedding was stained and dirty. No actual pillows, there were only small square throw size pillows. The tv remote didn’t work. We did not sleep in bed. I had my dogs blanket that I layed out on top of the bed to sleep on. Did not end up having a blanket to cover up with. We slept in our clothes in order to not touch anything. We used our pajamas as pillow cases and put them on the throw sized pillows. I will NEVER stay here again. Horrible experience.

We have stayed at this property in the past and never had an experience like this. When we got in the room we noticed the bedding was dirty, We had to use our cell phone to call the front desk because the room phone did not work. I asked for clean bedding, and Crystal said it is clean, just stained. I asked them to bring us bedding that is not stained while we were at dinner. When we returned we had not been given new bedding. Called again. Someone brought up bedding. There was a mattress in the room for the pull out couch, but no bedding for the couch. We had no wash rag and only 3 towels. The property was less expensive than others in the area, and we understand you get what you pay for, but based on previous experience we expected a much better stay. I could include additional picky details as to why we will not be booking here again in the future.
