New, minimal architecture, unlimited sea and mountain views, extremely comfortable surroundings, has a terrace, yard and BBQ. Fully equipped kitchen with all electrical appliances and utensils, outdoor shower with sea view  
Located in the Livadaki area just 10 kilometers from the Port of Karlovasos, it is 10 minutes from the amazing beaches of Tsabou, Tsamadou, Lemonakia and the wonderful Kokkari.  
  
Guests will have a special experience as this villa provides a fireplace. Featuring a private entrance, this air-conditioned villa is comprised of 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom and 1 bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.
