Sie hat für ihre Grösse eine optimale Aufteilung und einen großen Balkon, auf dem man im Sommer sicher die schöne Aussicht auf die Kirche und Berge noch mehr geniessen kann. Es gibt ganz in der Nähe ein paar schöne Wanderwege mit tollen Aussichtspunkten. Auf dem Hof sind ein paar niedliche zutrauliche Kätzchen und ein Hahn mit seinen Hühnern. Für kleinere Kinder ist ein Spielplatz vorhanden und jede Menge Platz zum Toben.
