Casa Kocuyo is a chic one-bedroom vacation home nestled in the tranquil residential neighborhood of Buena Vista, in Sámara, Costa Rica.  
  
Designed for couples or small families, the home features a spacious air-conditioned bedroom fitted with a king-size bed, as well as a comfortable twin sofa bed in the living area. The property includes a fully equipped kitchen, a well-lit bathroom with a skylight above the shower that fills the space with natural light, and a private enclosed washroom for added convenience.  
  
Guests can enjoy a large swimming pool, secure parking, and access to laundry facilities during their stay.  
  
The hosts live on the property in a separate home and are respectful of guests' privacy. Their close presence is a great convenience should you need immediate assistance or have any questions—ensuring your stay at Casa Kocuyo is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
