Not enough towels
Parking space is limited and there was not enough towels, I booked for 4 people but there was only enough for 2 towels. Other than that hotel is nice and comfortable.

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Good wifi and decent free breakfast included. It has a small gym with a jogging machine, some weights and an excercise bike. Decent accomodation for the price

Ni vayan !! Reserve dos habitaciones y al llegar al hotel después de 10 horas de camino y ya de noche me dicen que no tienen reservación . Le muestro comprobante de reservación y después me piden el recibo de donde pague y tmb se lo muestro . Pues ni aún así me dieron mis habitaciones me dijeron que me tenía que poner en contacto con expedía que tmb lo hice y los de expedía de inmediato se pusieron en contacto con ellos llamándoles. Pues total el muchacho que nos estaba atendiendo terminó colgándole a los de expedía que porque no les entendía . Después dijo que si ya había encontrado la reservación pero el pago no. Yo seguía mostrándole mi comprobante! Me hizo perder casi dos horas y mis hijas en el careo cansadas. Los de expedía seguían. Llamándole y el simplemente ya no les contesto me dijo es que no les voy a contestar para que ? Si aquí no me sale el pago 😡 pésimo pésimo servicio jamás me había pasado esta situación con ningún hotel y nosotros viajamos seguido. No lo recomiendo para nada !!

Wonderful stay
We only stayed one night but enjoyed our stay here. We were travelling from the U.S. to Mexico for 4 days and this was the nicest hotel. The desk clerks were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious.
