Too noisy and cramped space
I reserved a quiet room with two single beds. There was less than 6 inches between them~~~essentially 2 beds squished into a space for a king size bed.
The noise from the corridor and doors opening and banging shut late into the night and commencing early in the morning made for poor sleep.
I booked 3 nights and was moved to a much better room on the third night with the beds further removed from the corridor. The Mgr was most gracious and apologetic, and even left chocolates and a bottle of bubbly in the room.
One of the females at reception in morning seriously missed the "service" part of "customer service" and denied any issues with wifi on our second day, though it transpired later than it was down hotel wide.
At $200 a night, on the outskirts of the town, I'd expect a lot more.
Generally though, the customer service was very good.
