Rules

Only the guests confirmed on the reservation are allowed on the premises. External Security Cameras will not be adjusted, blocked or disabled.
Quiet time is 10PM each evening. If there are any noise complaints, guest will be assessed a $250 fee.
No smoking! No deep frying/cooking with large quantities of oil. No glitter. Any bodily fluids/blood incurs a fee of $200.

Great stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay at your house. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the well-appointed kitchen and appreciated the coffee. We enjoyed the games and wish we could have spent more time in the back yard. We hope to stay again sometime.

Great house and location

Great house for our family. Plenty of space and stocked with everything you need from cooking needs to extra towels and blankets. The location was awesome for traveling around Salt Lake City.

Salt Lake Stay

Kevin’s Vrbo was great stay. Location is close to airport, downtown and stores. Easy access to highways! We had a peaceful stay, everything was stocked! Would stay here again if available during our next trip out! Kevin was a responsive host and communicated well!
