The price was reasonable. Wasn’t bad for the price. Bathroom fan didn’t work. The toilet didn’t flush well. The knob to turn the shower on was extremely hard to engage. There was A LOT of dog hair on the bed comforter and on the floor.

It looks like they’re in the midst of renovations. Furniture and light fixtures and plumbing. Look new. Hallway carpeting needs to be replaced. They have a fitness room and a computer available for use. Great breakfast. Great value.

As soon as I entered the room, the heat was on blast (extremely hot) A.c didn’t work I contacted someone 2-3 times and no one came to the room to fix the issue. THERES no elevators) all the luggage we had to carry up the stairs was insane…. The pool area was disgusting If I could give this place zero stars I would but it’s true what they say you get what you pay for!!! We immediately canceled and left as soon as we got there….

It was close to airport especially arriving late night. When we checked in we were told our room was upgraded from a king to a double queen. It’s not an upgrade. It was like a used car dealer who advertising one thing and actually sells you something worse. Bit in our case it was already paid for. We asked for a king the next day. It was done but only to walk into the room with the pipes leaking water in floor. I called for it to be fixed while I went out for 2 hrs and no one came to fix it. The next morning maintained replaced the elbow pipe but the faucet was clogged and the wet towels from the leaking faucet was left on the bathroom floor. The electrical cord running from the next room is a fire Hazard. Don’t stay here. Expedia should not partner with this hotel.

The check in took forever... There was a mix up with some other rooms and the front desk person was all by himself trying to fix it and the line just kept getting longer and longer... Is there only one person employees here? The TV wouldn't work... The remote would turn the TV on and change the volume and input but I couldn't change the channel. The shower also didn't work... Apparently there was a plumbing issue and the washing machines were broken causing the water in my bathroom to not work... The maintenance guy came and pretty much told me there was nothing he could do so I had to take a sponge bath all three days with what little water would come out of the bath faucet.... I've stayed here a few times before and each time it progressively gets worse and this was the worst... Never staying here again.

The lobby was nice, clean and Staff was friendly and Helpful but unfortunately it went down hill from there. Hallways were dirty rooms where okay the Buildings looked a little run down definitely needs a name over in the hallways and outside.

I stayed here because it was a good “package” price through Expedia. Won’t do that again. If I hadn’t pre-paid for the week, I would’ve left. It was filthy. Room wasn’t cleaned once, the floors were so dirty I had to wear my shoes full time in the room. The doors/card readers didn’t work half the time. After reviewing the reviews, it’s not hard to see that they are “padded” to make up for all the 1/10 reviews. Thankfully I was gone more than I was there. Look elsewhere.

This property is in desperate need of maintenance. The tub leaked, the room was very dirty and the bathroom was dirty. The walls were scraped up and it was a very tired hotel. There were water leaks in the hallway. Frankly, this is the worst hotel I have stayed at in decades. The breakfast was fine. The staff seemed genuinely good. The issue is with the care and maintenance of the hotel and rooms. Just awful.

I was woke up at 8 am to asking for my room to be cleaned and I wasn't checking out until 11 am. Then again at 11 am. She acted like I was inconveniencing her at 11 am because I wasn't out yet. If she would of woke me up then I would of been out of there on time. I need to get a little more sleep and it is hard for me to fall back to sleep. Maybe they should be knocking on the door until after check out time.

A hotel lobby was nice to look at but once you enter the hotel area, carpets were filthy, smelled musty, and moldy. No privacy with 2 inches at the bottom of the doors. I needed to put a towel to not feel safe, and the rooms are old, rundown and not appealing. We moved hotels and only stayed one night.
