Despite it being half of a duplex, it was quiet. Fenced in front yard. Small rental but with great use of space, it felt roomy. We did not cook, but the kitchen seemed well equipped. (We only used the drip coffee machine and toaster) No dining table but we didn’t mind - the kitchen island and stools worked for our needs. Layout is split levels - top level 2 bedrooms with Queen bed each and one bathroom, mid level kitchen and living room, bottom level with one bedroom (2 beds) and a bathroom. (Nest) AC works better downstairs than in the higher split level, but there were fans in the closets that helped. Lots of closet space. Firm mattresses (and so-so pillows).
