Any noise violation or disturbance involving your guest(s) will result in a fine of $500. \-If you have an unapproved party (community rules or noise violation with more than 2 guests), there is a minimum fine of $1000\. The hosts were very responsive and went above and beyond, even providing concierge service, so that I could celebrate my boyfriend's birthday upon our late-night arrival. We started each morning with coffee on the balcony, overlooking the Capital and mountains, and ended our days by taking advantage of the pool and hot tub before calling it a night.
