Overnight guests not included in the booking are subject to additional nightly fees of $100 per guest. 8\. NO PARTIES. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm. Any noise violation or disturbance involving your guest(s) will result in a fine of $500. \-If you have an unapproved party (community rules or noise violation with more than 2 guests), there is a minimum fine of $1000\. You also agree to pay any additional fines associated with the party, that may be levied on Grand Road by the apartment management and/or other authorities. Resident amenities such as the pool, gym, conference & common areas, etc., may be unavailable due to maintenance, repair, or other reasons at the sole discretion of apartment management. Grand Road or the apartment management may enter the property in cases where it is urgently necessary to maintain/repair the property, address a safety issue, or comply with local, state, or federal law. For me, the most important thing in any place where I stay is being able to get a good night's sleep. This place provided that extremely well. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The shades shut out the light. It was quiet and peaceful. I slept great!The rest of the place was also terrific. Having a fully equipped and easy to figure out kitchen made it easy to cook anything I wanted to. The coffee provided was delicious. The dishwasher, washer and dryer were full sized and very convenient. The view of the mountains and the tabernacle was stunning.
